To submit a service request ticket, please log in with your myHighline username and password.  Fill out the ticket and click Save to send your ticket request.

If you are unable to log-in, please send an email to and a ticket will be created and emailed to you.  

During the first several weeks of the quarter, please be patient as ITS is fielding many requests.  You do not need to resubmit a ticket or request for assistance.  Thank you.
